Rafa Benitez hopes Florian Lejeune's return to full fitness can help Newcastle United adapt their playing style - and turnaround their woeful home form in the process.

Due to Lejeune's composure in possession and ability to play the ball out from the back, Benitez is confident the Magpies can start to adapt their style in order to build a greater number of attacks from defence.

With relegation rivals Cardiff City up next in the Premier League on Saturday - the Bluebirds leapfrogged Newcastle at the weekend, with United slipping back into the bottom three as a result - Lejeune's return to action could not have come at a more opportune time for the struggling Magpies.
