Lee Charnley, just like his boss, is shameless.

In his nonsense PR statement/interview on Sky Sports in August 2017, Mike Ashley declared: ‘For me, I want to build Newcastle from the bottom up.



Like everything else with Mike Ashley and Lee Charnley, talk is cheap.
